In order to secure your reservation we will ask for a $300 reservation/damage deposit, and that you read and agree to the terms of our Rental Agreement. (Click to view or print). Your deposit is fully refundable assuming the terms of the rental agreement are met. We fortunately have never had the occasion to withhold a deposit and hope that will always be the case.
Full rental payment is to be paid 30 days prior to occupancy or the reservation is subject to cancellation.
